Treatment Protocol

1. Blood Collection

Draw 15–20 mL venous blood
Use FDA/CE-approved PRP kit (e.g., PRP Pure, RegenLab®, Cellenis®, Arthrex®)

2. PRP Preparation

Centrifuge to isolate platelet-rich plasma
Aim for 4–5 mL of high-concentration PRP

3. Application Options

Option A: Microneedling + PRP
Use microneedling pen (0.5–1 mm depth)
Apply PRP topically post-needling
Option B: Intradermal PRP injections
Inject PRP directly into and around the psoriatic plaque (using 30G needle)
1–0.2 mL per injection point, spaced 1–2 cm apart

4. Post-Treatment

Apply cooling aloe-based gel
Avoid steroid creams or sun exposure for 48 hours
Mild redness or swelling is expected
