Treatment Protocol
1. Consultation & Scalp Assessment
- Review history, cause of hair loss, blood work (if needed)
- Baseline photography for tracking results
2. PRP Preparation
- Draw 15–20 mL of the client’s blood
- Centrifuge using CE/FDA-approved system (e.g. PRP Pure, Cellenis®, RegenLab®)
- Isolate 3–6 mL of pure PRP
3. Topical Anaesthetic ( optional)
Apply lidocaine or Emla cream for 20–30 mins to scalp
4. Intradermal PRP Injections
- Inject PRP into the scalp at 1 cm intervals
- Focus on areas of visible thinning (crown, temples, frontal line)
5. Optional: Microneedling or Mesotherapy
- Light 0.5 mm microneedling post-injection can improve absorption
- May follow with LED red light therapy for healing
